1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the public website at rosterrogue.com (the “Site”), including the early-access waitlist and suggestion form, operated by RosterRogue (“RosterRogue”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to join the waitlist or otherwise use the Site. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Site is lawful where you live.
3. A pre-release product
RosterRogue is in development. The Site describes features and formats that are planned, may change, and may never launch as described. Nothing on the Site is a promise of a particular feature, price, date, badge, reward, or access. Early-access, founder, or beta perks mentioned on the Site are illustrative and may be modified or withdrawn.
4. Accounts
Accounts are not offered through this Site. When accounts are offered, additional terms covering accounts, leagues, and use of the app will apply, and you will be asked to accept them before creating an account. The app at app.rosterrogue.com is a separate service from this Site.
5. Waitlist and emails
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive RosterRogue beta and product-launch emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will be invited to any beta or that any product will launch. You must provide an email address that belongs to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit someone else’s email address without their permission, or submit false, misleading, or unlawful content;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or its forms (including by automated or excessive submissions);
- attempt to access data, systems, or accounts you aren’t authorized to access, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures;
- use the Site to send spam, malware, or content that is harassing, hateful, or infringing;
- copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site’s content or design at scale, except as allowed by law.
If you find a security issue, please tell us at the contact address below rather than exploiting it.
7. Feedback and suggestions
Sharing a suggestion is completely voluntary. Please don’t include confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information in anything you submit — we can’t treat submissions as confidential.
If you give us an idea, suggestion, or other feedback, you agree that we may use, adapt, develop, and incorporate it into RosterRogue and related products and services, in any way and without compensation, credit, or any obligation to you, and that we have no obligation to implement, respond to, or keep any idea. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to do so. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit. This does not transfer ownership of your name or personal information, which we handle under our Privacy Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, code, and the RosterRogue name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms don’t give you any right to use them except to view the Site for its intended purpose.
9. Third-party data and services
The Site and the future RosterRogue product may rely on third-party services and data (for example hosting, database, and sports-data providers). We don’t control those third parties and aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and their content is not ours.
10. Availability and changes
We don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the product, including planned features and formats, at any time.
11. Suspension and removal
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access to the Site, remove a waitlist entry, or refuse a submission at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Site or others. You may stop using the Site or unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Some places don’t allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RosterRogue and its owners, personnel, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Independence from the NFL
RosterRogue is an independent fantasy sports product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site and product change. We will update the effective date above; if a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
